Kenya Peaberry AA

Proving to be difficult to source, we have a limited amount of this fully washed Kenyan AA Blue Mountain Grade. A finely weighted body producing fine honey type flavour with superbly discreet blackcurrant type acidic back notes. One of the top qualities available.  Produced when only one half of the coffee “cherry” develops therefore forming a round pea -shaped bean. All the strength and character is concentrated in this simple ovule giving greater depth of flavour. An earthy and slightly acidic flavour and medium strength. Very refreshing and with a fabulous aroma.
