This organic coffee has an extraordinarily intense sweetness and is extremely high quality. Our coffee comes from a selection of small farms in the northwest of island of the Dominican Republic known as “Barahona”. It ripens under ideal growing conditions and the raw coffees are washed and dried in the sun. The coffee gets its incredible sweetness from the careful processing.
