Delivery
Prices for delivery to EU countries are automatically calculated in our checkout system.
If you would like your coffee delivered to a country outside the EU and a rate is not available
in the checkout process then please inform us of the items required and your full address and contact details.
(especially your email address). We will then email you a quote for the additional cost of carriage.

Free Delivery
Free shipping applies to UK orders
over £50 for delivery to a UK address only. Free shipping is not
available for any EU areas or International orders. If you have any

Returns & Replacements
At Cherizena we want you to be
delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we
understand that you may need to return items to us. By law, customers in
the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an
item for whatever reason within seven working days after the date the
item is delivered.
To cancel your purchase within this
period you have to advise us in writing or by email to
info@cherizena.co.uk within 7 days after the date the item is delivered.
We will acknowledge your cancellation by email or phone. You will then
be required to wrap the items securely and return them to Cherizena
Limited, Cherizena Coffee Limited, Engine Yard, Belvoir, NG32 1PA. For your
protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be
responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we
delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or
defective.
You should be aware that once we
begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract
you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg:
giftwrapping).
As soon as we receive the returned
items we will refund the purchase price for that item unless the item is
damaged, defective or sent in error when we will refund the purchase
cost and all postage charges. All refunds will be made to the
credit/debit card used for purchase.
We request that unwanted coffee packs
are returned unopened and that all other items are returned in the
condition that they were received.
