Single Origin Brazilian Santos

Brazil remains the world’s largest coffee producer with current production running at an amazing 45 million bags a year and with a multi-tiered quality structure.  Amongst the top grades is the Cerrado region coffee’s being a naturally produced unwashed, fine cup quality whose reputation for quality has grown since the late 1980’s!  Grown in the top quality Cerrado region in the South West Brazil, this fine coffee is specially prepared to the New York Grade 2 standard (top grade available), to ensure the highest Brazilian quality available from this natural coffee grade.  Bean size is Screen 16 upwards and the cup is acknowledged as ‘fine, light body, with mild typically soft flavour’. A great all-rounder.
